What lease lengths are available?
A twelve-month lease at $3,995/mo, a May–December term at $4,9995/mo, and a January–April winter season at $5,995/mo. Tax included on short term rental prices.
Do I have to be approved by the HOA?
Yes. Maple Ridge screens and approves every tenant and every lease. It usually takes one to three weeks.
Who pays the utilities?
On monthly and seasonal terms, we do. On a twelve-month lease, electricity and water go into your name.
