When an employee relocates to Collier County, the first ninety days decide whether they stay. A furnished four-bedroom house with a pool, a fenced yard and a walkable town is a materially better landing than an extended-stay room off the highway — and it costs less than you’d expect.

Temporary and visiting faculty

Ave Maria University’s main gate is roughly six-tenths of a mile from this front door. For a visiting professor, a new administrator, or a family arriving for a Donahue Academy placement, an August-to-May furnished term walking distance from campus solves the whole problem at once.

Insurance and ALE placements

How we work with companies and carriers

• Direct invoicing to a company or carrier — we don’t require an individual to front the rent.
• Same-day quotes, including tax treatment: any term over six months is exempt from Florida rental tax; terms of six months or less carry 11%, which we collect and remit.
• 3 months minimum and two leases per twelve months under Maple Ridge HOA rules, with board screening that typically takes one to three weeks. Tell us your timeline early and we’ll run it in parallel.
