3–6 months · $4,995/mo all-in · Tax included · Furnished · 2 dogs · Fenced yard

Is this you?

  • Your closing date has moved twice and your lease up north ends regardless.
  • You’ve bought in Ave Maria and the build won’t be finished until spring.
  • You’re moving the family to Florida and you want to live in the town before you buy in it.
  • You are currently in an extended-stay hotel with two children and a dog, and it is not going well.

Nobody plans for the gap. Everybody ends up in it.

The closing slips. The drywall is late. The buyer of your old house wants a thirty-day close and the builder wants ninety. Suddenly you need somewhere for a family, for an unknown number of months, in a town where most furnished rentals are two-bedroom condos held for the winter and most four-bedroom houses are empty and annual-only.

So you look at hotels, and the arithmetic is horrifying. Or you look at a short lease on an unfurnished house and realise you’d be buying furniture for a house you’re about to move out of.

Four bedrooms, furnished, month-to-month-ish, and in the middle of town.

Take it from May through December — the whole eight-month block, tax-free because it’s over six months — or a shorter four-to-six month term if your dates are tighter. The house is furnished properly, the utilities are included, and the pool is serviced without you thinking about it.

More to the point: it’s a house. The children have their own rooms. There is a fenced yard and a pool. There are two desks so you can work while everything else is in flux. And you can walk the kids to Ave Maria Elementary, to Donahue Academy, or to Town Center for something to do on a Saturday when the boxes are still in storage.

What matters to you

Your children’s routine survives the move.

Their own bedrooms, a yard, a pool, walkable schools and a town centre they can walk to. The move is hard enough on them without adding a hotel corridor.

The dog comes.

Two dogs, fenced yard, sidewalks and lake trails. This is very often the constraint that decides where a relocating family stays, and here it’s simply a yes.

One bill.

$4,995 covers rent, electricity, water, WiFi, pool service, landscaping, pest control and both HOA dues. In a month where you’re also paying movers, closing costs and storage, one predictable number matters more than usual.

You can watch your house get built.

You’re already in Ave Maria. Drive past the site on the way back from Publix. Meet the neighbours you’re about to have. Live the summer before you own it.

And if the build slips again, we’ll talk.

We would much rather extend a good tenant than start again. Come and have the conversation.

Objections

“I don’t know exactly how long I need.”

Almost nobody does. Tell us your best guess and the range around it. We’d rather build the term around your reality than lock you into a date the builder is going to move anyway.

“Is $4,995 competitive?”

A comparable unfurnished four-bedroom nearby recently asked $3,800 — with no furniture, no utilities and no pool service. On a furnished term we’re carrying up to $945 a month of costs that would otherwise be yours, before you’ve bought a bed.

“Can we move in quickly?”

The house is furnished and ready. The only lead time is Association approval, which is usually one to three weeks. Start the conversation now, even if your dates aren’t firm.

“What if we decide to buy this house instead of building?”

Have that conversation with us. Stranger things have happened.

Tell us roughly when, and roughly how long. We’ll work with it.
